Martin Ralston
Originally from Indiana, Martin Ralston moved to Florida immediately after
graduating from Purdue. He has always considered Tampa home ever since moving
here 22 years ago. Martin pursued and received an MBA from the University of
South Florida.
After meeting his lovely and motivated wife, they decided to purchase a condo as
an investment to rent out whereupon both realized their love for real estate. They
soon decided, through a series of successes, to start and build their own realty
brokerage based on their values and experience. Having seen many mistakes
made by others, experience aided in correcting those steps needed to successfully
manage this business. Having brought back properties to profitability, lowering
vacancy rates and expenses, without sacrificing maintenance or quality of life for
residents, has proven to be a successful formula. Martin has also investigated prior
property managers, audited their books, and cooperated with local law enforcement
regarding wrongdoings in rectifying properties. Through all of this they strive to
maintain an appropriate balance between owner’s requirements and tenant’s rights.
